Can we bring our own drinks?

You can bring your own Sodas, Water, Gatorade, etc. Please bring in your drinks in a cup with a lid, such as a tervis tumbler. No glass of any kind and due to space no coolers, but you are free to come in and out during your reservation..

Make sure to bring your government issued ID so that we can verify your age. Parents- you cannot give your kids beer or wine at The Axe Haus unless they are 21 years of age or older, sorry blame the lawmakers.

Do you sell food/Can I bring my own?

We do not sell any food items on site, but please feel free to bring your own or order something to be delivered. We have various restaurants all around the Axe Haus.

What is the minimum age to participate?

Any minor participating at the Axe Haus must have a supervising adult present and parent/guardian must sign the waiver. ID will need to be provided showing guardianship of minor. The Axe Haus minimum age is 7 accompanied by parent/guardian.

Do you have to wear special clothing or shoes to participate?

Yes, closed-toed shoes are mandatory. Flip-flops, open-toed sandals, slides, peep-toed, stiletto heels, slippers, etc are NOT permitted in Axe Throwing. We would encourage patrons to wear pants and comfortable close-toed shoes.

Do you offer discounts to Military and First Responders?

Yes, the Axe Haus offers $5 off the general admission rate to Military/First Responders, Medical professionals, Educators, and Students, with proper ID. No other discounts applied or combined.

Are Deposits Required?

Yes. Deposits are required on your private party reservation or reservations for more than 12 people. The deposit helps keep our schedule fair for all customers. With the exception of Special Event reservations/cancellations, if you need to cancel your reservation, no worries, you have 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation to get a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your reservation, the Deposit is non-refundable and forfeited to the Axe Haus.. Please call or email the Axe Haus right away if you need to modify your reservation. Deposits are 50% of total reservation cost. ***Special Event deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and Cancellations after the deposit is made will forfeit the deposit amount to the Axe Haus. Special Event Deposits are collected a week prior of scheduled event.

Do I have to sign a waiver to participate?

Yes, all patrons of The Axe Haus that enter into the Axe Throwing area MUST sign a waiver and only parental guardians can sign a waiver for minors. By signing the waiver, you understand you or your minor child are participating in a potentially dangerous activity and, while unlikely, injury could occur. The waiver holds The Axe Haus harmless if by the unlikely chance a patron suffers an injury of any kind while inside the Axe Haus. Waivers must be signed by patrons even if they are not participating in Axe Throwing, but are accompanying a patron who is.

Make sure you bring a government issued ID! Electronically Sign Waiver here. Waivers are only required once per calendar year.

Yes, the Axe Haus would love to help you celebrate life’s big deals. Contact the Axe Haus to discuss your needs and to help plan a Totally Axesome Party/event. Parties/events including minors will have some extra planning involved so please make sure you have ample time to acquire necessary waivers/IDs from minors’ guardians.

Are Walk-ins ok?

Absolutely, however reservations are strongly suggested. What is prohibited at the Axe Haus?

Not limited to just this answer, But here’s a good start:

Not signing the waiver. ANY unsafe/unlawful activity inside the Axe Haus and outside premises. Open Toed Shoes (Flip flops, sandals, slides, etc.). Throwing of any blade in stations other than the business’s approved Axes. Participation while impaired/intoxicated. No glass!
